A picturesque drive north from Yarram, along a narrow winding road, brought us to Fernholme, at Tarra Valley where we have set up our Eco-Tourer Caravan beside the Tarra River through until Friday morning. It is beautiful here :-).

See how neatly our van folds down, We needed a low van for this drive, the trees are low branching across the road, The road is not suited to a tall motor home or fifth wheeler.
 
I have been eating healthy and portion controlled, exercising a lot, here at Tarra Valley. While this is no guarantee I will reduce my cholesterol as I hope to, and avoid needing cholesterol treatment, in the future, regular exercise does usually mean, even if your cholesterol levels remains high, it will be the good cholesterols not the bad ones that are ‘up’.  It is a part of my 12 month goal plan to bring all my blood tests including cholesterols, back to normal.
