Theme parks and family fun. 09/22/2009
 My grandchildren, Hannah and Chris, love visiting Australia’s Gold Coast, theme parks. Dream World being one of their favourite places to visit and their mum Leanne took these great photos to share with proud grandparents Reg and me, and also their friends.  I have shown Leanne images of the fantastic looking Orlando resorts in the US, I know she and the grand kiddies would love it. I have family in the US, I’ve been there a few time, though I tended to visit the scenically beautiful places, artists love, like Yosemite National Park and the San Francisco coast line. My sister lives in a log cabin beside a National Park north of San Francisco.  My sister is a writer and artist who left Australia, when I was 18 that was 45 years ago, travel is in our blood. :-) My sister and I met up quite a few times as adults, we always had heaps to catch up on and we exchanged tuition, me showing her painting techniques and her teaching me how to improve my writing. Isn’t the internet a great invention, It’s a fantastic way to share family photos across the world and it makes families feel that little bit closer. I love seeing my grand children being are such good friends with each other and able to have a joy filled childhood, thanks to having great loving parents.
