There is 170 Hectare of wetlands with rivergum forests near our summer home in Mooroopna.

This is an excellent web site to go to learn about the many bushland reserves, in Northern Victoria and the southern Riverina http://users.mcmedia.com.au/~stocky/parks.html

Our summer home is on a section of built up above flood level land, adjacent to the flood plain and  Lake Dorothy so picturesque walks are close at hand.

Our late afternoon walk took us to the water edge of Lake Dorothy. I tested out my new camera and I have been delighted with the results.
